Service Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- Work has not started
- Payment was made in error
- Project cancellation occurs before execution
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available when:
- Work has already started
- Design concepts are delivered
- Development milestones are completed
Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project:
- Refund amount depends on work completed
- Admin charges may apply
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within:
5–10 business days
via the original payment method.
