Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Work has not started
  • Payment was made in error
  • Project cancellation occurs before execution

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available when:

  • Work has already started
  • Design concepts are delivered
  • Development milestones are completed

Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project:

  • Refund amount depends on work completed
  • Admin charges may apply

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within:

5–10 business days

via the original payment method.
